How We Build It
Defining the Mission
AR platform builds vary wildly depending on what they're for. We start by understanding your application, duty, competition, home defense, hunting, or suppressor host, so we build the right gun, not just a good one.
Component Selection
Barrel profile, gas length, handguard, BCG, trigger, each is selected based on your mission. We work with BCM, Rainier Arms, Geissele, LaRue, and other brands that hold up under real use.
Assembly & Gas Tuning
The upper and lower are assembled to spec. Gas systems are tuned for reliability across a range of ammunition, critical for suppressed configurations or competition use where round counts are high.
Function Check & Test Fire
Every build is function-checked and test-fired before delivery. Suppressor-ready builds are verified with your suppressor in place if possible.

FAQ
Do you build AR pistols or SBRs?
Yes. We build pistol-configuration ARs and can assist with the NFA process for SBR conversions if you're in a form-4 state.
Can you work on my existing rifle?
Absolutely. Trigger upgrades, handguard swaps, gas system work, and Cerakote are all available as standalone services.
What's your preferred barrel for a duty build?
It depends on length and application, but we frequently spec BCM, Daniel Defense, and Ballistic Advantage barrels for duty configurations.
